Red flag 🚩🚩🚩 is jam bands. I will not be arguing this position.

Piso Ray: Is it ok to have listened to Phish in college? Keep in mind, marijuana and Phish were pretty much all that was available in Poughkeepsie in the 90s.

Matthew S.: If it’s a red flag for you, and they keep insisting, tell them you’re into 1970s German minimalist with the occasional old school prog rock and play Genesis’ 11min opus “Supper’s Ready.” Even if you don’t like those, you can probably make an escape when they hit the “Apocalypse in 9/8” section.

Bill M.: Jam bands always suggested the existence of peanut butter bands which isn’t a thing and that is total bullshit.
