Helpful hint: Being a complete dick-hole on the phone to a customer service rep will not get you the help you want. They will only go as far as policy says they have to. If you are *nice* then they are more likely to actually help you, or tell you how to get the results you want. They are people and only wanted to be treated like people.
Alexis S.: I agree, unless you are talking to a federal employee. The post office hag I spoke to this morning took my sunshine and gave me bloodied battle-axes.
Donna Nikki K.: Yes, and those federal emplyees are only passing on what has been handed to them i’m sure.
Linda Rangavali M. D.: Yep, Radha, so true. People can be so down right rude and uppity.
Kris P.: And make sure to completely berate the minimum wage workers about the prices of things in the store/restaurant/gas station because they are surely the ones who have complete control over setting those prices.

Mowed the back yard (knee deep), and now would appreciate a bug check (ticks i mean), because that was crazy (expected to find a lost amazon basin tribe).
