is utterly sick of hospitals
Yamuna Devi Dasi: Oh Radha, you are so supportive to KD. Jahnavi, Pavitra’s daughter practically lived at Shands. It takes soo much energy to deal with each new shift of nurses. It’s stifling, and awful. What to speak of the cafeteria downstairs! Puke.

Radha Krueger: Thanks Yamuna … there definitely days i want to scream my head off … but the worst is the numbness, complete disassociation from reality that gets to me over time… one day at a time, and keep laughing, that’s all i got to keep me going 🙂
Yamuna Devi Dasi: That’s not a good sign. We should talk. When will he likely be finished with treatment?
Radha Krueger: if all goes well, he should be done the chemo by August, then two years of ‘maintenance’ but that’s just check-ups. he’s in remission right now. The rest of this is preventative so he doesn’t relapse. He’s actually doing really well with the treatments. Hard to tell he was diagnosed only on Jan 2nd. 🙂
