A long time ago, I read that you can’t change big life habits unless you got flexible about small ones. If you want to change your diet & exercise or the way you interact with your partner, you need to practice and limber up with small things like where you put your toothbrush. As a complete OCD creature of habit, I continuously challenge myself with this so I don’t calcify and become brittle.
This week was super challenging. I moved my kitchen trash, my coffee grinder, my main clock. I’m about to move my whole bedroom to a different room. I hope this helps me in the long run because I’m going naners right now and I hate it. 😣
